At this point, every person that signs up to follow me is dropped with 24 hours. IT's like an autodelete. WTF? How about I decide who is a spammer and not Twitter? How do they know who I want following me?

I have a feeling that Twitter is going to be offering some kind of a commercial plan in the near future that will allow businesses / powers users to exceed the 2000 following limit - maybe bundled together with other features such as Track, analytics, etc.

How do we get Following Number Limit Raised ??

I had heard there was a cap at 2000 that we can FOLLOW...

but I see some have 1000s more than that...

I'd like my account to be No Limits...

Well if peeps bothered to check out a new follower before they automatically follow them then there wouldn't be all this surprise!
If you follow someone who is following 2000 but only has 3 tweets with no suggestion of anything valuable or no proper Bio or Website Url then you are worse than the spammers coz you obviously (a) don't "get it " and (b)Are probably thinking that Twitter is a great placee to sell Stuff!.
One of the worst type of Twitter users (spammers) to date is the Tweep who takes up a whole page to thank each and every follower and the one who talks incessantly about the number of Followers they are getting.
I've met some really cool peeps who I would never have met anywhere else but it does require some background work on your part to connect with people who are sane and have something useful to say..
That's my take and I am sticking to it!
